Amber & Alex Ludwinek

Amber Ludwinek

Is the managing broker and co-owner of Realty ONE Group Optima. After 5 years of being a top producing agent in the Katy area she had decided that she wanted to take her management and training skills to benefit other agents and run her own office. She has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and events. Amber is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics with a M.S. in gaming management from University of Nevada Reno. Amber grew up in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and enjoys playing soccer and skiing.

Alex Ludwinek

Alex Ludwinek is the co-owner and tech guru for Realty ONE Group Optima. A product of Polish-born parents who instilled a strong drive to succeed, he received his B.S. in Information Technology and built a successful cybersecurity career. Alex is pursuing his Master’s degree in Information Security and enjoys weightlifting, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, learning Spanish, and dabbling in acting.

Alex and Amber reside in Cypress and have 3 amazing kids; Mariana, Drake and Halina and a household of animals that they enjoy spending their off work hours with.

Kuba Jewgieniew

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.
